Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

SWD Social is operated by Schmidt WebDev UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hellestraße 21, 58675 Hemer, Germany. These terms apply to the use of SWD Social at social.schmidtwebdev.de. Access is by invitation; there is no entitlement to access.

2. Service

SWD Social helps you create (also with AI), review, schedule and publish short videos and photo slideshows to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Only content you approved is published, using the platforms' official APIs. We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee constant availability, also because platforms may change or restrict their APIs.

3. Platform terms

When you connect an account and publish through it, the respective platform's terms apply as well. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy applies. For Instagram the Instagram Terms of Use apply, for TikTok the TikTok Terms of Service.

4. Your obligations

• You only connect accounts you are authorized to use.
• You only publish content you hold the necessary rights to and that does not violate laws or platform rules.
• You review posts before approving them – especially AI-generated content. You are responsible for published content.
• You keep your credentials secret and report misuse immediately to office@schmidtwebdev.de.

5. Content

Your content remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and publish it on your behalf. How we process data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for decisions or outages of the platforms (e.g. suspensions, reach, API changes).

7. Termination

You can disconnect accounts at any time and request deletion of your user account (Data Deletion). We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

8. Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Iserlohn, Germany. We may change these terms and will announce material changes in advance.
