Disconnect a platform account

In SWD Social go to Brands (“Marken”) → select a brand → Accounts (“Konten”) and click Disconnect (“Trennen”) on the account. Access tokens and account data are deleted immediately.

Revoke access on the platform

• YouTube/Google: remove “SWD Social” in your Google security settings.
• Instagram: remove “SWD Social” in the app under Settings → Apps and websites, or at instagram.com/accounts/manage_access.
• TikTok: remove “SWD Social” in the app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

Once SWD Social notices the revocation, the account is flagged and deleted including its tokens if it is not reconnected within 7 days.

Delete all data

Email office@schmidtwebdev.de from the address of your user account with the subject “SWD Social data deletion”. We delete your user account with all brands, connected accounts, posts and media within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

Posts already published remain on the platforms – you can delete them there directly. More in our Privacy Policy.
